A luxury 3-star Victorian house situated in The Gardens, Cape Town. From both the balcony and the sundeck the house has extensive views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lion's Head. It is within walking distance of the City Centre and in close proximity to the historic Company Gardens and Dunkley Square, with its numerous restaurants.
A 5-10 minute drive and you will find yourself at the ocean and beaches or the magnificent Waterfront. The house boasts many original features including marble fireplaces, cast iron roll top baths and shower and also has an unusual spiral staircase. It can sleep 6-7 people in 2 double and 2 single rooms as well as a single futon, should it be required. The secluded tropical courtyard contains a plunge pool to keep you cool on even the hottest day.
It has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine / tumble dryer and iron. Other appliances in the house include telephone, hairdryer and travel cot. The house is serviced twice a week although extra would be optional. If required collection from the airport, car hire, tailored tours and childminding can be arranged on your behalf. Breakfast and catering can also be arranged as an optional extra.
